The Perennial, is one of the Hours of the Second Fansus, created by Cospinol. Its primary aspect is Lantern, with a secondary aspect of Heart. An hour of faded memory, it dwells in the tide of the sea of mists. The hour that lives and dies as the tide ebbs, only to live again as the sun once more rises. Much debate exists whether The Perennial is a single or multiple Hours.

Description

Principles

The Tide Home is the the hour of hope and despair; a cycle of tedious balance. It exists not only as the accepting of doom, but the defiant who yet spits in it’s face. The struggle for purpose knowing there yet exists none.
