Hours with Commentary
The Vizier: The original concept was 'what if George Smiley was an Hour'. Probably one of the least fun Hours to talk to, unless discussing the minutiae of paperclips for the Histories is your idea of a good time. May or may not actually be Merlin, or possibly Jafar. Or possibly both.
The Storm-Tossed: Any references to the Rime of the Ancient Mariner can be blamed on Edward.
Flint-and-Steel: A mad artist, scientist, and really a lovely fellow considering its manifestation as a charred corpse filled with fire.
