In order to disculpate themselves from a cosmical, atrocious bloodshed, the Hours remain there, secluded amongst themselves, using human agents as envoys, spies and advocates. The physical epicenter of their shady dealings (which they can't enter themselves) lies in [[Avenoir]], the Black Light District.
