The Ultimate Emperor, The Smiling Man, The Woken One, also known as Fritz, is a Forge Hour of the second Mansus, created by PerishedFraud. The Emperor had been resting, dormant in his crypt which was built in a time that no Hours can recall. It was only recently that he has finally awoken from his long slumber. He is a man (?) on a mission to secure his domain and build a magnificent castle for his prophecised kingdom - which does not exist yet, and which other denizens know little of. While his background and abilities harken to something beyond the Mansus, the entity itself is extremely pleasant and cooperative. He is in need of allies and servants, and anyone willing is welcome to join him. His number is XIII.
Appearance
The Emperor appears as a middle-aged, jolly man with somehwat rotund features and an outfit truly befitting a ruler. An ornate crown and pristine uniform; a fine cape and epaulets serve to further accent the garb. He wields both a royal scepter and a sheathed claymore which he has affectionately dubbed the Dreihander. The only thing off about the whole affair is that the normally-yellow or orange decor is tinged black, with ebony and obsidian replacing gold and gems. Of course, as an hour from Nowhere, this is not his true appearance, not that he's shown that to anyone; that would be so uncouth! Rumors gathered from his council say that his domain is in actuality his true form, and that the 'person' is merely an extension. These rumors are not yet confirmed.
Principles
- The Worryless - To the Ultimate Emperor, all issues in the Mansus are simply minor inconveniences, including the grand union or any wars and murders. This isn't to say that he doesn't understand why such events are meaningful, but he will definitely urge others not to be upset by them. This also isn't to say that he ignores what goes on the Mansus. Quite the opposite is true.
- The Responsible Ruler - Despite his overly pleasant demeanor, the Emperor is highly accountable, very open to his acquaintances and even more to his followers, and extremely respectful to other hours, especially those who hold high positions in the Mansus. His plans, while strange, are logically sound and well-executed. The Emperor himself maintains that such behavior should be the standard for all entities.
- The Ready - Prophecies of the future and a mission of preparation. The emperor represents weariness, long-term planning and a complete lack of fear of death.
Worship
Cult
The Ultimate Empire
A cult that consists of no members so far, though the Emperor already wrote a bunch of principles and rules in case he ever gets around founding it. That would be nice, right?
The specifics involve a caste system that doesn't restrict rights, instead simply offering more boons to devoted members as they advance in rank. Offerings are made with monetary goods or useful supplies, and the greatest of aspirants become Lords or Knights.
Mark
- Temptation: Heritage: I see myself within a grand court, deciding on the matters of the world.
- Dedication: Heritage: Under the Emperor, I will survive. We will survive. Forever.
- Ascension: Fool's Wit: The First Mark brings me visions of inevitable doom. I laugh at it, and at the others.
- Ascension: Noble's Honor: The Second Mark chars my skin, but sets my resolve for salvation ablaze.
- Ascension: Knight's Vow: It is our duty to be beacons for all who wish to remain. I swear under a crest - the Third Mark.
- Ascension: Lord's Title: The Fourth Mark singes my mind, but I share the Emperor's noble cause, and he awaits me on his throne.

Summon The Emperor's Left Hand
A powerful tactician and warrior in his own right, this knight serves the Ultimate Emperor both in the Mansus and in the mortal realm. A charming fellow, by all means.
Be it a nobleman's refined wit or the ebony blade of his halberd, this gallant has your back. There's no need to worry now.
The Imperial Council
The Emperor has no mortal following, but harbors a selection of hand-picked Names which roam the Mansus. They help others in need and spread his word, but ultimately each Council member has the same agenda - to bring about the full construction of Castle Omnitor.
The Mansus
Castle Omnitor
Castle Omnitor has a very deceptive name, considering that it is merely a small wooden house on a floating bit of rock near the middle of the Mansus. Omnitor came into being shortly after the Emperor's awakening, appearing out of thin air when no one was looking. The Emperor comically refers to it as his keep, though his intentions of making it one are far less pretentious. The interior is cozy and covers the bare essentials of comfort and aesthetic. A nice fireplace, a little wooden table, a makeshift kitchen and a straw bed for resting. The only thing off is the throne, of course.
Crypt El-Asahar
The Death-Holm from which the Emperor has risen. Located among the lowest chambers of the Mansus, in a passageway that no one ever thought to tread through. Though the crypt has its fair share of dread-guardians and artifacts of Winter, it holds very little information, and is mostly a tourist attraction for the curious. The Emperor has made the place available to anyone who wishes to visit, and the guardians are friendly to all.
The Histories
No effect. The Emperor has no desire to meddle with the Histories. He was also asleep.

Ultimate Crown
So shiny! Put it on!
(The very first time it is used, it generates one Contentment.)
Dreihander
The King of Blades
(Using this tool immediately spawns a verb with a timer of 30 which requires four health. The four are exhausted once placed. If the four cannot be placed, an injury is sustained instead.)
Scepter of El-Asahar
Fine regalia decorated with perhaps a skull too many.
King Juice
Nectar that bears the Emperor's personal brand. Delicious!
