The Storm is a God-from-Stone who was banished to Nowhere by deception. Its bloated, over-fed body sank into the Forest and became the Maelstrom.
Description
History
The Storm is spoken about in the Confessions of May, in which the unknown writer apologizes for the deception which ended the Storm in the Mansus, not for immorality of the act, but for the act's impermanence. Countless souls. Knives plunged into flesh for the heart. "It could not be defeated. It could not be negotiated. This was the only way."
Appearance
It is the Eye in the Storm, an unnatural stillness in the air that predicates the crashing of waves.
