* The Captain's powers of travel originally only included the material and the spiritual. The His original third aspect was Moth, not SH. At some point after his ascension, he made contact with the Weave, or rather, the Weave had subtly bestowed made contact with him, and he carries her divine knowledge to the Hour before her death. The Captain is aware of this but not of the Weave's reasoningsince that moment. (He does not carry a part of the Weaveanything else, nor her spirit or memories. Though the true mastery over time and is now his alone, he cannot unable to make full use of it, the knowledge due to being an hour of flesh. (The inherently unnatural 4th aspect of SH reflects this.)* The Warp & The Cantharide heavily influenced the trials of his ascension, essentially filling up his otherwise still and mind-consuming travels with fantastic events and places. He himself is not entirely aware of their actions. (His secondary aspects show this relation.)* Holds the key to other dimensions (Other Fansii) Only his closest aquaintances acquaintances know of this.
