These strange, helpless {{Aspect|Grail}}-aspected spirits are usually eaten seconds after they are born, either by the Queen herself or her husband, but those that survive often have better fates. They feast on their weaker siblings, growing stronger and stronger. The more they survive, the more they thrive and achieve. The Amaranthine Aristocrats themselves have been known to reach Name-level power or even, in a few rare cases, Hour-level (Gods-From-Amaranth).
