The Eastern Indigo Slither Blue is a long snake, with scales like the early evening sky that glitter like stars. Upon her tail is a sapphire chime. Inexplicably for a snake, she also bears a pair of pointed ears, much like a cats. When she manifests in the Wake, she also often takes upon a human form. While the details of her human appearance are tailored to the time and place she manifests in, she favors outfits associated with business and commerce - from ancient merchant robes to formal suits of modern corporations. She also invariably carries her bell in her hand.
=== Principles ===
Slither Blue is a patron of media and messengers, of reputations and propaganda, of the omnipresent eyes of society that watch and judge your every move. Her original task as a Name of the Great Serpent was to be his herald and observer, both bringing important matters to his attention and proclaiming his will in those matters to the House and the Wake. In the aftermath of the Great Serpent's departure, she continues to perform these duties for the Scaled Court, proclaiming the Laws of the Vizier and bringing matters forth to Anaconda for her Judgement.
