(Who this Babylonian is now The Charlatan was instrumental in the First Contact War, as it was their talent for trickery and what lies that helped convince the Hours that humans were much more dangerous than they are doingseemed. But when the rite was performed, and the Babylonians were divided, the Charlatan was quick to deny their involvement in the War. DoesnThey did their best to hide back behind the veil of anonymity the Charlatan had oft used before, but with so much chaos left by the Hours, there was little left to make a veil out of. So the Charlatan changed their course. They slowly and quietly convinced the world that the Charlatan themselves didn't really have to be mega any major involvement in-depth but an outline of what the War.
