Somewhat separate from the Library - judging by architecture and entry point (a simple wooden door), this should be a small room. Upon entry, one is brought to a series of large, ornate chambers where the Hour himself resides himself. The rooms contain a private collection of literature, maps, music in various forms and artwork, usually of historical value, such as statues, pictures and such. There's also a cellar housing the finest wines. The Captain is often seen writing, researching or shamelessly lazying about. Any Name and/or Hour is free to visit him.
