Appearance
The Moondial rarely takes on a tangible, physical form, even within the Mansus, but when he does, he is seen as a skeleton. Often he is clad in flowing silks and holding clocks and watches. Sometimes, he is shrouded in vines and flowers, and with a chalice full of sand in his hand.
Principles
The Swansong is the Hour of Winter-that-concludes in the broadest of senses. His domain encompasses moving on, passing, finales, letting go, inevitability, endings, and, ultimately, death. He, however, doesn't rush it. Plenty of things can end a human, why bring them sooner? Why not let humans grow and help them prosper? More souls to bring into the world, more souls to reap, more souls to live out meaningful, fulfilling lives. No need to hurry, death is an inevitable thing, after all, and when the time is right, the Father's gentle hand will lead the dead to the other side of the river.
The Swansong does not tolerate violent, unjustified endings and those who deem themselves above death.
Worship
The Father of Conclusions is an Hour of Death, yes, but his Death waits, and he has no qualms about helping mortals before their chest can draw breaths no longer. His name is invoked on deathbeds for easy passing on, during wartime for its quick conclusion, during peacetime for its longevity. He has amassed a fairly large mortal following, but many still remain disturbed of the implications of the Swansong worship, and maybe for a good reason.

Locations
The Mansus
The Clockwork Garden is a wide valley lined with monumental clocktowers, inhabited by automatons that replicate extinct animals, bronze imitations of long gone flora, and, of course, the Dead. Here the Dead are safe from sinking deep into the Mansus-soil, and can live out each other's lives through memories stored in the clocktowers, until the past itself is ground into dust.
