Added the Chancellor - the Vizier's representative - to the list of ministers
* [[The Bright-Delver#Actia, the Singer-of-Sunlight|Actia]] represents [[The Bright-Delver]]. Her duties are that of mediator and peacekeeper, as well as assisting the upkeep and maintenance of the city. After Jonquil, she is the most likely to offer newcomers duties and citizenship, although those who take her offers often find themselves working harder and longer. She has never ventured into [[The Temple Nil]], of course.
* Minister Roomba represents [[The Harvester]], in a way. This name was built as a way for the Harvester to harvest small things, and was forgotten about due to its diminutive size and less-than-stellar pathfinding abilities. Minister Roomba made its way up to the First City after a while, where it became sentient. As the Harvester has eaten all of its other Names, Minister Roomba has earned its position by virtue of still existing. This is the Minister who the Wyrmspeaker was sanctioned for biting.
* FNORD[[The Vizier#The Chancellor|The Chancellor]] represents [[The Vizier]]. The First City is one of the few places that acknowledge the Vizier as an Hour, though the carefully constructed fiction regarding the Peacock is given lip service in public. They have a reputation as a canny negotiator, working to maintain what little direct influence their master has in the Mansus.
