Changes

The Emperor has no mortal following, but harbors a selection hundreds of hand-picked Names which roam usually stay deep in his domain. These servants were once part of his deathly army - the MansusEmperor had released some to find their own path, and made those willing into servants of peace instead. They Both help others in need and spread his word, but ultimately each Council member has the same agenda - to facilitate further development of the Emperor's domain. Some members are assigned to other Hours.
