The Zabbaleen are the Hour of things lost , discarded and purposeless, of natural cycles and discardedrecycling, of man overpowering nature and dealing with consequences, created by Viktor.
==Description==
They collect unwanted trinkets and those things that many consider garbage, and then recycle them and re-purpose, trying to repair the world. They offer revenge to things that have been replaced or made obsolete, reforging them until they can overcome what has replaced them.
